Coennect is an enterprise platform designed to provide organizations with centralized visibility into Salesforce metadata across multiple Salesforce environments. Coennect primarily processes Salesforce metadata and related technical information rather than customer business content stored within Salesforce records.

A. Information You Provide Directly

We may collect information you voluntarily provide to us, including:

• Business email address
• Company name
• Job title
• Phone number
• Account credentials
• Communications submitted through forms, support requests, or correspondence

B. Salesforce Metadata and Platform Data

In connection with providing the Services, Coennect may collect and process Salesforce metadata and related technical information, including:

• Object configurations
• Field names and schema information
• Permission sets and profiles
• Flows, automation configurations, and process metadata
• Package and integration metadata
• API usage information
• Event logs and operational telemetry
• System configuration data

Coennect does not intentionally collect or process the substantive content of customer Salesforce records except as necessary to provide the Services or where expressly authorized by the customer.

Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all outputs, recommendations, and decisions generated through the Services. Coennect does not provide legal advice, compliance determinations, or regulatory conclusions through any AI functionality.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain user sessions, analyze website traffic, improve user experience, measure engagement and performance, and support security and fraud prevention.

Users may adjust browser settings to refuse cookies; however, certain portions of the Services may not function properly without them.

7. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose information to trusted third-party vendors and subprocessors that assist with cloud hosting, infrastructure management, data storage, security monitoring, analytics, customer support, and payment processing. We may also disclose information where required to comply with applicable law, respond to legal process, protect rights and security, investigate fraud or misuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or similar business transaction.

8. Data Security

Coennect maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures may include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, authentication procedures, logging and monitoring, security testing, and role-based permissions. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users acknowledge that no method of
electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfill contractual obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

10. International Data Transfers

Information may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where Coennect or its service providers operate. By using the Services, users acknowledge that information may be transferred to jurisdictions with different data protection laws than those of their home jurisdiction.

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to access personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, request portability of certain information, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

The Services may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including Salesforce and other external platforms. Coennect is not responsible for the privacy, security, or data handling practices of third parties.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for business and enterprise use and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. Coennect does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

14. California Privacy Rights

To the extent applicable under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) or California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), California residents may have additional rights regarding their personal information. Coennect does not sell personal information as that term is defined under applicable California law.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Coennect may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
